Our Caregivers
At Atlantic Coast Home Care, our Caregivers are
ready to assist you with household responsibilities/activities like meal
preparation, laundry, housekeeping mail sorting/ organization of
personal affairs, if
needed, so that you can relax.
Companionship can be defined as “A pleasant
association among people; the condition of being friends: chumminess,
closeness, comradeship, familiarity, fellowship, friendship”. All of
these words accurately describe the relationship between Atlantic Coast
Home Care and its Clients, and help to show just why we stand head and
shoulders above the rest in our industry as “The BEST in Home Care
Services”. By effectively demonstrating all these strengths, our
Caregivers are more equipped to concentrate on providing our Clients
with the motivation to keep them actively engaged in their own lives
physically and socially.

realize that we are caring for people you love and we know how important
it is to have a compassionate and well trained individual working with
them.
Our Caregivers are the “face” of our company
and work one-on-one with our Clients. So as to ensure that we hire the
“cream of the crop”, all applicants go through an extensive Orientation
then Private Pay approved Caregivers continue with an additional Session
of training. All applicants receive National background checks and
Private Pay applicants must agree to pre-employment and random drug
testing. These tests and screening focus on skills, experience,
attitudes and job fit. Caregivers must pass the company hiring litmus
test which is “Would we feel comfortable having this potential employee
care for our own mother?”.
All of our Private Pay aides are bonded and
insured.
Our staff can learn through a live seminar,
be mentored on the job, or through self
study
courses right from our website. This provides assistance to gain
additional training that fits their learning style. Please see our
